New school bus in Sikar - नवीन स्कूल बस
JBGVS is increasingly getting more and more active in Sikar district of Rajasthan. On 27th December a school bus was provided to Jamnalal Bajaj Higher Secondary School in the village Kashi ka Baas. This bus, funded by Bajaj CSR, was inaugurated at the hands of Mr Madhur Bajaj, Vice Chairman, Bajaj Auto & Trustee, JBGVS. Also present on the occasion was Mr C P Tripathi, Chairman, JBGVS. The event was covered in local newspapers.
जेबीजीव्हीएस राजस्थानच्या सिकर जिल्ह्यात अधिकाधिक सक्रीय होत आहे. दिनांक २७ डिसेंबर रोजी काशी का बास गावातील जमनालाल बजाज उच्च माध्यमिक शाळेला बजाज सामाजिक बांधिलकी अंतर्गत एक स्कूल बस प्रदान करण्यात आली. सदर बसचे अनावरण संस्थेचे विश्वस्त व बजाज ऑटोचे उपाध्यक्ष श्री मधुर बजाज यांच्या हस्ते करण्यात आले. या प्रसंगी संस्थेचे अध्यक्ष श्री सी पी त्रिपाठी उपस्थित होते. स्थानिक वृत्तपत्रांत याची बातमी प्रकाशित झाली.

Tabla & Harmonium Camp at SSK Pune - तबला व हार्मोनियमचे शिबीर
Through its Samaj Seva Kendras (SSKs), JBGVS not only works for the underprivileged in urban areas, but also helps promote a bridge between urban and surrounding rural areas. SSK in Akurdi near Pune is also engaged in cultural activities that promote the latent skills and qualities of youngsters in various performing and fine art categories. The recent Tabla and Harmonium camp, in which learners from Akurdi and surrounding areas participated, is a case in point. This was the third time that such a camp was organized. जेबीजीव्हीएसची समाज सेवा केंद्रे (एसएसके) फक्त शहरी निम्न आर्थिक गटातील लोकांसाठीच कार्यरत नसतात, तर शहरी व ग्रामीण लोकांतील तो एक दुवा सुद्धा आहे. पुण्याजवळच्या आकुर्डी येथील एसएसके मध्ये विविध सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम आयोजित करून लोकांतील सुप्त कला व कौशल्यांना व्यासपीठ पुरवले जाते. अलीकडेच तबला व हार्मोनियमचे शिबीर आयोजित करण्यात आले ज्यामध्ये आकुर्डी व आसपासचे साधक सहभागी झाले होते. अशा प्रकारचा हे तिसरे शिबीर होते. काही छायाचित्रे सोबत जोडली आहेत.
